Pricing questions
What does the setup fee cover?
Design, copywriting, build, domain connection, Google Business Profile setup, form testing and launch. Everything up to the moment the site is live.
What does the monthly plan cover?
Hosting, SSL, backups, two hours of edits a month (new photos, a new service, price changes), the review-request link, and a one-paragraph monthly report. Unused hours do not roll over.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with 30 days notice. The site and domain are yours. If you leave, I hand over the files and point the domain wherever you like.
How do I pay?
The setup fee by card through the secure link or by Interac e-Transfer. The monthly plan by card, billed automatically. Prices are in CAD; tax is added where applicable.
